About Shipping:

We only send the packages by Aliexpress Standard Shipping, because this is mobile phone with battery, we don't send by DHL/UPS/EMS express shipping and it's hard to clear the customs if using express shipping.

About Warranty:

We provide 12 months warranty.

Note: (All accessories and Phones with man-made damages and being soaked in water are not in the warranty range,)

But we don't offer warranty if customers disassemble the phone or repair the phone without permission. Please show us the problem in details with the IMEI code in the video, we will give the best solution.

(Please don't remove the R-PHONE sticker in 20 days after you receive it, otherwise no warranty)

After-sell service:

1. Items returned within 15 days after delivery can be replaced or refund. For full refund, please send back the product with full accessories in the package; for repair or replace, please send only the phone without any accessories.

2. Items returned 15-30 days after delivery, no refund, only repair then send it again.

About Damage or Empty Package:

Please open the parcel in post-officer's presence, If the parcel is damaged or empty(stolen), please ask the post office to provide official certifications, especially the claim request paper.

And please take a complete unpacking video and weight video for everything. or you will not get full refund, because we sent by aliexpress online shipping way, all have Proof of delivery

About Clearance the custom:

1. We don't pay any customs fees(TAX), this is International customs duties, buyers need to afford it if any.

If buyers don't pay tax and the packages returned or lost, we don't take any responsibilities(no refund).

2. For the package declaration, buyers can contact us if any specific requests.
